Aspect is used by Venue Box Office, Call Centre and Outlet staff. A major feature of Aspect is its Graphical venue section seat maps.

Compass

Analysis and reporting on cleaned, de-duplicated and enriched data. End user ad-hoc analysis through Business Objects. Updated nightly.
Compass is used by staff to generate enhanced reporting for events and allows for greater depth of analysis resulting in better business decision making.

EventWorks

Online tool to create, edit and manage New Event Notifications (or NENs). Enables Promoters, Venue Managers and staff to input event information in a secure online environment and coordinate the information flow.
EventWorks allows for some automation of the event build by communicating directly to the ticketing system, providing a significant head start to the event build process.

InSight

Real-time, web based, sales reporting and analysis for clubs, venues and management.
InSight is a real-time web based application that enables users to view live Ticketing System sales data.

MemberLink

System that allows clubs to specifically manage members. Integrates with the Softix ticket systems offering diversity, flexibility and efficiency benefits.
MemberLink boasts extensive online self-management functionality which integrates with the member database and the ticketing system.

Access Control

Automatic barcode generation at time of sale. Fully automated, self managing and self monitoring turnstile control systems. Sophisticated real time and analytical reporting.
The Softix Access Control capabilities extend from vendor specific turnstile solutions to our own wireless barcode ticket scanning technology (ezyScan) which even runs on 3G. Venues can choose to use the print-at-home ticketing solution (ezyTicket) which takes pressure off the venue box offices and last minute transactions.

PowerWeb

Ticketing website facilitating online ticket sales in real-time and providing access to latest information on shows and events, including special offers and competitions.
